Our website inventory is listed in real time. If it says it is in stock, it will ship the same day as long as your order has been placed prior to 4pm MDT

Unfortunately, the answer is not at this time. DJI’s Support Center in California handles these types of repairs and inquiries. You can reach them by calling +1 (818) 235-0789 Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm PST.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened items may be returned within 14 business days at the discretion of Multicopter Warehouse and a minimum 20% restocking fee. DJI products which have been activated may incur larger restocking fees.

We have teamed up with Affirm to offer consumer financing on the products we sell. We also work with multiple lenders for enterprise customers. Please do contact us for more information.

While we always try to be competitive in the market, we do not violate vendor policies and always list products at their respective pricing. We do however offer 1% in rewards on all purchases and often provide coupons to those that subscribe to our email list (link to subscription form), and offer Educational discounts to qualifying organizations.

All packages ship from our facility in Centennial, CO via USPS or UPS, including those with Free Shipping selected. All orders for in stock products will ship the same business day if the order is placed prior to 4:30pm MST.
