DELIVERY INFORMATION

We strive to get all orders out as quickly as humanly possible.

All shipments are sent via UPS or USPS. UPS shipments are picked up Monday through Friday at 3:30pm MDT. USPS packages are picked up Monday through Saturday by 11am MDT. Orders placed beyond these times will not ship until the following business day. Orders over $249 USD ship for FREE via UPS Ground (HI, Alaska and PR excluded). Every effort is made to get products to our customers as quickly as possible. If you have any issues with a product arriving on-time, please contact us for assistance.

Please note all packages valued over $100 are fully insured and shipped with an adults signature required. Please also note we do not ship to APO/FPO's. There are no exceptions to these policies.

Items will only be shipped to confirmed shipping addresses when payment is made via Paypal. Payments made via Credit Card will only ship to the billing address on file with the Credit Card Company. At the sole discretion of Multicopter Warehouse, A credit card authorization form may be requested along with a copy of government issued identification prior to shipment.

In-Store Pickup Information:

Items selected to be picked up in store may only be picked up by the Credit Card holder; Government issued identification and the card used must be presented at the time of pickup. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
